There are a lot of questions I am asked about my work, and this one pops up quite regularly, “Why should I hire a business consultant?”
It’s a great question to be asked after ten years in business, as I feel I can now answer it with some authority, confidence and lots of experience.
I decided that the best way to answer this question was to share some of my clients’ stories and testimonials with you and without breaking any confidentiality agreements, here are their top five:

It wasn’t really what I came looking for but was definitely one of the most valuable lessons I learned. You not only helped me really see clearly what I wanted to achieve from my business, you challenged my answers and got me thinking bigger. The work just kept rolling in and I also felt I was being suffocated by the lack of space as my office seemed to shrink each day. Working with you got me organised. We moved to larger premises, set up systems and procedures which helped me manage my people. By setting small chunks of work to do, I was able to see great progress towards what I wanted. You brought my business, myself and my staff back to life – they loved their new surroundings and they were excited when I was coming to see you too! You made me think like a business person, about things I didn’t even think I should be thinking about. And I was so excited when I booked a holiday with my husband – and he was delighted to get his wife back!
4.Accountability
Because I had a regular check in with you and we had been really clear in our sessions about exactly what I had to do, this created a real sense of urgency and desire for me to just get the work done. I didn’t have to think, I just had to do! You helped me to lead and manage my people and my newfound delegation skills left me delighted at the work we were all powering through.
