After many different conversations with friends recently, I have become so aware that Christmas means so many different things to different people.
Some are so excited about exchanging gifts and spending time with friends and family, others are very concerned about the amount of money they are spending and many have sad memories about past events and lost loved ones around this time.
I thought it would be fun to share some tips that can help eliminate much of the stress that the festive season can bring:
Make a plan – write down a list of what you need to do and when
It’s your day – Make sure you make time for yourself
Work: be grateful for those working on Christmas Day to protect you
One task at a time – don’t try and do too much at the ‘same time’
Relax and reflect on the good things that have happened this year
Love has magic – remember those who have made your life special
Don’t forget to enjoy yourself!
…and of course, you can tailor many of these ideas for your own business too.
Have fun and let me know how this has been useful for you and what you would have included.
One more thing…..don’t keep us a secret, please share this.
